1. Service Quality & Guarantee

All services on Pak SMM Hub are rigorously tested for safety. Clients must review service specifications like Start Time, Speed, and Drop Ratio before ordering. We are only responsible for the details explicitly mentioned in our individual service descriptions.

2. Support & Resolution

Your satisfaction is our priority. If an issue occurs (Speed/Refill), our team initiates follow-ups every 6 hours. For account security, we strongly recommend enabling 2-Step Verification on your social accounts.

3. Refill & Drop Policy

  • Duration: Refill applies only within the specified guarantee period (e.g., 30 Days).
  • Exceptions: The guarantee is completely void if the count drops below the initial start count, or if the account username/URL is changed.
  • Processing: Standard refill time is 0-24 hours, but may take longer during social media platform updates.

4. Order Management & Wallet

Currency: Our primary currency is USD. PKR/INR balances fluctuate based on real-time API conversion rates.

Accounts: Strictly 1 account per user. Redundant or duplicate accounts will be suspended without recovery.

Withdrawals: Only permitted for valid reasons (uncompleted/failed orders). Excessive deposits made by mistake are non-refundable.

5. Privacy & Reseller Confidentiality

We collect your Email, Username, and Phone solely for account management and security notifications. We guarantee strict confidentiality for our resellers—we never contact your end-customers directly. Your data is protected by an advanced firewall system.
